Online purchases placed for curbside or alleyway pickup will be refunded and the products placed back on the shop shelves if not picked up within 48 hours of being notified the order is ready. All purchases are final unless the product is damaged at the time of purchase, and in those cases, store credit will be issued with a receipt.
Carmack’s Cigar Shop is now offering curbside and alleyway pickup by calling the shop at 317.773.3770 or placing your order online. You’ll be required to show your ID when you pick up your tobacco purchase. You’ll have 48 hours to pick up your order will be refunded and the product(s) placed back on the shelves.

Carmack’s Cigar shop is lucky to have access to a back alley to allow for alleyway pickup, as well as a parking lot behind the building. During construction the parking lot behind the building will likely be inaccessible, but the alley will be open for online purchase pickup and entry to the shop.
