ALLEYWAY PICKUP DETAILS

​Carmack's is now offering alleyway pickup!

We're lucky to have access to the alley behind the shop to allow for alleyway pickup, as well as a metered parking lot behind the building for parking when you'd like to come inside.  During the Embrace Downtown project, which should begin in February 2026, the parking lot behind the building may, at times, be inaccessible, but the alley will be open for purchase pickup and entry to the shop during normal business hours.​

HOW ALLEYWAY PICKUP WORKS:

 - Place your order over the phone by calling 317.773.3770.

Got questions?  Please ask!  (Must be 21 or older.)

Once you place your order, we'll let you know when to expect it to be ready for pickup (typically within an hour of ordering!).  Be sure to bring your ID with you!

 - When you arrive, give us a call.  We'll check your ID, take your payment and deliver your order all while you stay in your car in the alley behind the shop.

Save time.  Avoid parking.

You must be 21 or order to purchase tobacco, so please have your ID ready. Orders not picked up within 48 hours will be returned to the shelves and any pre-payment by card will be refunded.
