According to Federal law, you must be 21 years old or older to purchase alcohol and tobacco.  You must show ID when you make a purchase in the shop or when you pick up your curbside or alleyway order.  Alcohol is not available for purchase online or for curbside or alleyway pickup.

Online purchases placed for curbside or alleyway pickup will be refunded and the products placed back on the shop shelves if not picked up within 48 hours of being notified the order is ready.  All purchases are final unless the product is damaged at the time of purchase, and in those cases, store credit will be issued with a receipt.

 Carmack’s Cigar Shop is now offering curbside and alleyway pickup. Call the shop at 317.773.3770 or place your order online. You’ll be required to show your ID when you pick up your tobacco purchase. You’ll have 48 hours to pick up your order, or it will be refunded and the product(s) placed back on the shelves.
